GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with:

• Minimum Credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia or Credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia (July paper)
• Passed History subject with minimum (Grade E)

2. Passed Malaysian University English Test (MUET) with a minimum score of Band 2/Band 2.0
3. Free from colour vision deficiency and have physical capability to perform practical task

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

STPM

1. Passed the STPM level with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 (BMM/BEL/BAA) or 2.70 (BKC)
2. Minimum (Grade C) in Pengajian Am subject at the STPM level
3. Minimum (Grade C) in two (2) other subjects at the STPM level
4. Minimum (Grade C) at the STPM level in the following subjects:
   • Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics
     OR 
   • Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology and (+) minimum (Grade C) in Physics subject at the SPM level

DIPLOMA

1. Possess a Diploma in a related field from a Public University with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 (BMM/BEL/BAA/BKC)
   OR
   Possess a Diploma in a related field from a Polytechnic/Private University (IPTS) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (BMM/BEL/BAA/BKC)

MATRICULATION,

IPTA FOUNDATION,

FOUNDATION KTYS AND KOLEJ MARA KUALA NERANG

1. Passed the Matriculation/IPTA Foundation/Foundation KTYS/Kolej Mara Kuala Nerang (KMKN) level with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 (BMM/BEL/BAA) or 2.70 (BKC)
2. Minimum (Grade C) at the Matriculation/IPTA Foundation/Foundation KTYS/Kolej Mara Kuala Nerang (KMKN) level in the following subjects:
   • Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics
     OR
   • Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology and (+) minimum (Grade C) in Physics subject at the SPM level

IPTS FOUNDATION

1. Passed the IPTS Foundation level with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 (BMM/BEL/BAA) or 2.70 (BKC)
2. Minimum (Grade C) at the IPTS Foundation level in the following subjects:
   • Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics 
     OR
   • Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and (+) minimum (Grade C) in Physics subject at the SPM level
3. Minimum (Grade C) at the SPM level in the following subjects:
   • Additional Mathematics,
   • Chemistry/Physics

IB

1. Passed the International Baccalaureate (IB) examination with a minimum score of 30 and achieved at least:

3. Minimum Grade C (Score 5) at the IB level in the following subjects:
   • Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics
     OR

A-LEVEL

1. Passed A-Level with a minimum grade of Level 9.
2. Minimum Grade C (Score 3) at A-Level in the following subjects:
